Cancellation and Refunds

All payments are non-refundable.

If you need to change the date/time of your cleaning, it must be done at least 24 hours in advance or we hold the right to charge you for the cleaning.

No-Access Fee

If we are unable to start cleaning due to no fault of our own within 45 minutes of the planned cleaning start time, we will leave and reschedule. Your account will be charged a $75 No-Access fee.

Holiday Fee

We reserve the right to charge a holiday fee for cleanings requested on the day before, day of, and day after any major holiday. This fee goes as a bonus to our cleaners. 


If something is damaged due to our neglegance or error, we will take necessary action to fix or replace the damaged item. To avoid any issues, we will let you know as soon as we find something broken or damaged and let you know whether we did it or found it that way. Our reputation is critical to us, so we’re always 100% honest and do our best to rectify any situation.


We will not clean any hazardous materials including but not limited to blood, mold, drugs, other bodily fluids, and hazardous chemicals.

For those situations, we recommend contacting a a disaster restoration company like First Response.

Unsafe Situations

If our team feels uncomfortable or unsafe for any reason, we will leave the property and you will be charged for that full cleaning. We reserve the right to cancel future cleanings.
